Bollywood celebrities Rajkummar Rao, Manushi Chhillar, and Saiyami Kher lent their star power to a beach cleanup initiative at Juhu Beach, a day after the immersion of hundreds of Ganesh idols in the sea.
The Cleanathon 2.0 2023 Ocean Waste Management event, organized by the Divyaj and Bhamla Foundations, witnessed the participation of these stars, who joined hands with volunteers and local residents to clear debris scattered along the sprawling shoreline.
Rao expressed his appreciation for the initiative, stating, “This is a very important initiative. I come here for walks, so it feels very nice to be greeted by a clean beach. Today, I got an opportunity to participate in it myself.”
