Haryana Crime: After being arrested on charges of corruption by the Anti-Corruption Bureau, the detention of Haryana IAS officers Vijay Singh Dahiya and Jaybir Singh Arya has caused confusion. According to the rules, an IAS officer held in custody for 48 hours is automatically considered detained, but the state government can detain an IAS officer for a maximum of 30 days.
