The United Nations voting on Israel-Hamas issues led to criticism from Priyanka Gandhi, who said, Quietly watching, contrary to the country’s principles.

India refrained from voting on the Jordan-Israel ceasefire proposal in the United Nations General Assembly on Friday. The proposal aimed at an immediate humanitarian ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas conflict and unrestricted humanitarian access to the Gaza Strip. India expressed its reservations and chose not to vote, stating that it is “surprised and embarrassed” that our country did not vote for the ceasefire in Gaza.
