After being associated with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for two years and subsequently parting ways, Sovan Chatterjee, the former leader of the Trinamool Congress (TMC), visited the residence of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee here on the occasion of ‘Bhai Dooj’ on Wednesday. Following differences with TMC leadership, Chatterjee, who joined the BJP in 2019, along with his close friend Baishakhi Bandopadhyay, went to the Chief Minister’s residence in the Kalighat area of the city.
