Efforts have commenced to make Dhanbad Railway Station world-class, and the work is expected to begin in the new year. A project of approximately 500 crores has been presented before the Railway Board. Once the project receives approval following the presentation to the board, the work will commence. During this phase, the construction of a coach restaurant and the enhancement of train speeds are also planned for Station Road.
