In Sector-49 area of Noida, a cyber fraudster posing as an army officer swindled Rs. 80 lakh from a resident. The accused lured the victim into renting a house, thus perpetrating the scam. Police have registered a case and initiated an investigation. According to the victim, the perpetrator identified himself as Avdhesh Kumar and claimed to be an officer in the army.
