Release of merit list for PG counseling
HPU has released the merit list and links to join online for offline and online counseling to be held on 24th, 25th, 26th. Himachal Pradesh University is conducting PG semester examinations from 24th July. Keeping in view the problems faced in the movement due to the blocking of roads due to rains in the state, HPU has given the candidates the option of taking the examination at their nearest examination center. Due to the closure of the roads, the students for whom it is not possible to reach the allotted examination center, they will be able to take the examination anywhere in the 43 examination centers established by the university across the state.
In the notification issued by the university, it has been said that the student appearing in the examination center nearest to the house will have to show the roll number, admit card and identity card of the PG course obtained online at the examination center. Guidelines have been issued to all the examination centers regarding this. The decision of the University will provide convenience to those students of the University who have gone home during the holidays, who are not able to reach the University due to blockade of roads.
