To alleviate obstacles in builder projects, the state government recently approved the implementation of recommendations by the Amitabh Kant Committee. Builders have been instructed that if they wish to avail the benefits of the Amitabh Kant Committee, they must first pay 25% of the outstanding amount to the authority according to the recommendations, with the option to pay the remaining amount in installments.
