UPSSSC PET 2026 answer keys released, another step by Yogi government towards a transparent examination system

According to the information released by the Commission, the PET-2026 written examination was conducted on October 25, October 30 and November 1, 2026, in 60 districts of the state. Candidates appeared for the examination in two shifts on each examination day. The provisional answer keys for all these dates and shifts have now been made available to the candidates.

The Commission has uploaded separate answer keys for the first and second shifts of the examinations conducted on October 25, October 30 and November 1. Candidates can view the answer key for the relevant date and shift through the link available on the Commission’s official website.
According to the Commission, these provisional answer keys will remain available on the website until November 8, 2026.

The release of the provisional answer keys will provide candidates with an opportunity to match their answers with those in the question paper and assess their probable performance in the examination. The Commission has informed all concerned candidates that they can view the answer keys available on the website within the stipulated period.

Making the shift-wise provisional answer keys publicly available after the conduct of the examination is a step towards strengthening transparency and accountability in the recruitment process.

During the tenure of the Yogi government, special emphasis has been laid on the fair conduct of competitive examinations and providing candidates with information related to the examinations. The publication of the PET-2026 answer keys within the stipulated timeframe is an important initiative in this direction.
