On Tuesday, March 12, Prime Minister Narendra Modi hoisted the green flag on 10 new Vande Bharat trains. With this addition, the total number of Vande Bharat trains has now exceeded 50, covering 45 nationwide routes. These trains will operate on six routes, including Delhi-Katra, Delhi-Varanasi, Mumbai-Ahmedabad, Mysuru-Chennai, Kasaragod-Thiruvananthapuram, and now Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad.
