The Calcutta High Court has issued a warning against issuing a ruling against the Chief Secretary of West Bengal. For the fourth time, the High Court has given the Chief Secretary an opportunity to present his side. The High Court has given the Chief Secretary a last chance to allow the initiation of proceedings against government officials arrested in the education department recruitment scam.
