Lucknow: Samajwadi MLA Irfan Solanki and his uncle Ishtiyaq have got bail in a case registered as crime no. 152 of 2022 a month ago by MP/MLA court Kanpur Nagar. The court had granted them bail on the ground that two FIRs were registered against one incident.
According to Prachi Srivastava, advocate counsel of Nazir Fatima, one Nasim Arif of Jajmau had lodged a report that MLA Irfan Solanki and his uncle Ishtiyaq had threatened him and were trying to take illegal possession over his plot . The case was registered in 2022.Again on May 9,2023 a second F I R was registered against Adil Rashid, shabber Baig,and Ishtiyaq Solanki on threatening and “ Rangdari”. Counsel of Irfan had moved a bail application last month and had pleaded that two F I R were registered on just one incident. The act was against the law.
