On the eighth day of the winter session of Parliament, Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived at the Parliament building early in the morning. There, he paid homage to the martyrs of the December 13, 2001, attacks in Parliament. Alongside PM Modi were present Home Minister Amit Shah, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, and BJP President JP Nadda. During this time, PM Modi met with the families of those who lost their lives in the attack on the Parliament building and offered them condolences.
