Important news for those wishing to go to Canada. In fact, Canada has announced new rules to curb fraud by international students. Immigration Minister Mark Miller announced the new rules on Friday after investigating more than 100 cases involving fraudulent admissions cards this summer, saying that colleges and universities that issue acceptance letters to international students will have to submit all those documents to the federal Immigration Department. Approval letters will have to be verified.
