The Indian government will provide study materials up to the 5th standard in 22 Indian languages, to support the National Education Policy’s (NEP) emphasis on the mother tongue, said Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. Material will include textbooks, playbooks, and play-based resources, developed using technology.
